YoGong For the Seasons
YoGong is Beatrice's unique combination of Yoga and Qigong. Bea teaches participants the gentle stretches of Yoga and the fluid, light movements associated with Qigong. You’ll learn to center yourself with deep conscious breathing while benefiting from Bea’s deep knowledge of the human body and the human energy systems. This class is is perfect for seniors or for anyone seeking rehabilitation from illness, injury or chronic pain. Classes take place on Zoom, every Tuesday and Friday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. CST.
Included in your subscription are the two weekly live Zoom classes. A 7-Day replay of each class is also sent to you within 12 hours of the live class. This enables you to keep up with the class on your own schedule and revisit the class as many times as you like during the replay period. Your monthly subscription rate is $45.
Temple Style Tai Chi
The tradition of temple style Tai Chi is founded on verbal instruction as well dynamic demonstrations. Using this method Beatrice is able to capture the essence of both external/physical and internal/energetic aspects of Tai Chi. Although Tai Chi is considered foundational to martial arts, this is not a martial arts class. In her classes Bea focuses on the balance, strength, health and wellness of her students. Classes take place on Zoom, every Wednesday from 9:15 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. CST.
Your monthly subscription includes the live weekly class along with a 7-day replay sent to you within 12 hours of the live class. These replays give you the opportunity to fit classes to your personal schedule while increasing your practice time. The monthly subscription rate is $45, with a $10 discount for those also taking YoGong.
